Bug fix in overcurrent curve editor V2013

We found and fixed a software bug in the overcurrent curve editor program V2013A in the DistriView V10 package. Because of this bug user could not create new library damage curve using this program.

This bug had been fixed in the overcurrent curve editor program V2013B.
