Issue in check relay loadability command (PRC-023) report for transformer relays

We had discovered a numerical error in the Check | Relay loadability command calculation of transformers and phase shifter current rating. Consequently the relay-trip-on-load report (for PRC-023 compliance) for phase relay protecting a transformer or phase shifter was not always accurate.

This issue had been fixed OneLiner version 14 revisions with build number 31144 or higher (Program build number is display in OneLiner Help | About dialog box). Users should contact ASPEN support to request program update with the bug fix.
