Issue in the Line Database program DXT file export

We found errors in the mutual pair data section of DXT files that the Line Database program export command creates.

This error had been fixed in the Line Database program version 2.7 with build 2019.07.19 and later (Program version and build are displayed in OneLiner Help | About dialog box).

Users should contact ASPEN support to request program update with the bug fix.
