Issue in OneLiner's "Set All Switches to Normal State" command

We discovered a software bug in OneLiner's "Set All Switches to Normal State" command logic. This bug caused OneLiner failure to update the status flag of relays on the switches. OneLiner may not correctly simulate the affected relays in all subsequent relay coordination commands you execute in the network model.

This software bug has been fixed in all OneLiner V15.7 and higher built after July 21, 2023.
