Issue in Relay loadability (PRC-023) report for OC relays with delta-connected CT

We had discovered a calculation error in the Check | Relay loadability command. Because of this error relay-trip-on-load report (for PRC-023 compliance) for overcurrent phase relays with delta-connected CT was not accurate.

This issue had been fixed OneLiner version 14.6 revisions with build number 50406 or higher (Program build number is display in OneLiner Help | About dialog box). Users should contact ASPEN support to request program update with the bug fix.
