OneLiner three-winding transformer data issue

We found instances of OneLiner three-winding transformers with zero sequence impedances entered as a classical T-model having internal data inconsistency. This model data error is caused by a software bug in an old version of the program. It can cause inaccurate ground fault simulation at buses in the vicinity.

All OneLiner V15.7 builds, published on November 14, 2023 or later, include logic to identify and fix this model data discrepancy when OneLiner network file is opened.

We recommend users update the software to the latest build version to take advantage of this and other bug fixes.
