OneLiner V12 Bug Alert: Boundary Equivalent Command

This software bug affected OneLiner versions 12.2 and 12.3. The Network | Boundary equivalent command generated inaccurate equivalent network when there are load and/or shunt at boundary buses,

The error had been fixed in version 12.3 build 7390 (Open Help | About dialog box to check your program build number).
