OneLiner v12.02 Bug alert

There are two known bugs in the first batch of CDs we mailed out a few days ago.

1) Logic schemes involving distance relays may not work correctly if you are using the fault-viewing options of either: (a) voltage in per-unit and current in amps, or (b) voltage in kV and current in pu.

2) The Fault | Bus Fault Summary command and the Fault | Line End/Out Fault Summary hang the program if your file comments (which you entered through the File | Info | File Comments command) has more than 256 characters.
