OneLiner V14 Change File issue

We found an error in the OneLiner and Case comparison programs logic for creating and reading change file. These programs did not process zero sequence mutual pair "From-" and "To- percent" parameters in change file correctly in some cases.

This issue had been fixed in OneLiner version 14 revisions with build number 33113 or higher (Program build number is displayed in OneLiner Help | About dialog box). Users should contact ASPEN support to request program update with the bug fix.
