PSRC Report on Fault Calculation for Wind Turbine Generators

The final report of PSRC Working Group C24 titled "Modification of Commercial Fault Calculation Programs for Wind Turbine Generators." is now available at the PSRC website for free download at THIS LINK. OneLiner model implementation is described in Section 4.2 of this report.

Members of Working Group C24 included representatives from ASPEN, Electrocon, and ETAP.  The vice-chair of the working group, Dr. Farantatos, is from EPRI.

Solar and other converter interfaced renewable resources can be modeled exactly the same way as type-4 wind plants.  Therefore these models are within the scope of this report.
