PSS/E to ASPEN Data Conversion Program issue: Version 33 transformer code

PSS/E-To-ASPEN Data Conversion Program V11.4 includes support for PSS/E version 33 data. However it was discovered recently that the program did not process some of the PSS/E version 33 transformer winding connection codes, namely 12,13,14,15,16 and 17, correctly.

This problem had been fixed in the PSS/E-To-ASPEN Data Conversion Program version 11.4 executable file dated Nov. 15, 2013 or later. This bug fix will be included in the next regular update of ASPEN OneLiner package. Users can also contact ASPEN Support <support@aspeninc.com> to request the update immediately.
